I write, cook & spend the majority of my free-time developing technical skills. I am a designer of many things. I enjoy problem-solving and question-asking. I write about food sustainability, African culture, and everything in between.
 
I am the founder of Seulful Pantry, a non-profit food advocacy organization. I am also the chef & co-owner of A Seat at Our Table, a Modern Caribbean, and Refined West African event & catering company.
 
Previously, I worked at Opus Training as the Marketing Manager. Currently, I am an MBA student at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School by night. Check out my resume for more information.

WRITING

In addition to my newsletter and blog, I’ve contributed to a few food magazines, blogs, and cookbooks. I cover things ranging from the origin of African cuisine and techniques, recipe development, and African anthropology and psychology.

DIGITAL SERVICES/Marketing

I create digital dashboards, systems, and social media templates, using tools like Canva and Notion. In the past, I’ve developed and designed websites for small hospitality businesses. Check out my marketing campaigns, as well.

I’ve curated a West African farm-to-table supper club, private events, and more. I focus on whole plants and allow the flavors of fruits & vegetables to shine.
